Wet and Wild has come out with Kohl Kajal Eyeliners. It is similar to the Jordana kohl eyeliners.
Price: Only $0.99
Overall: Its very pigmented and I highly recommend trying it. I will definitely be getting ALL the colors. Too bad these were all my Walgreen's had. You can't beat the price!
Colors: White, Lilac, Sky Blue Silver Blue, Deep Blue, Turquoise, Cool Green, Bronzed and Charcoal.
